How Can I Track My Order?
You can track your order by clicking this page “Track Order”. Once you have the dispatch email, you can track it via the link in the email.
What Delivery Options are available?
We mainly use Royal Mail for the delivery in the UK and International. We also use UPS, DHL, and Hermes for particular items, location, and weight.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately We do not accept cancellation once you purchase the order. If you want to cancel, please return the item and send email to sales@liniclo.co.uk
Can I exchange an order?
Unfortunately We don’t have exchange service. If you’d like the item in a different style, simply return your item and place a new order. Your refund will be processed once we’ve received your unwanted items.
What should I do when I received a wrong item?
If you’ve received a wrong item contact info@liniclo.co.uk , so our Customer Service agent can take it from there.
